Ben & Jerry’s always delivers with great ice cream, but what really stood out today, was not the ice cream, but the energy! I was so impressed by the great energy from Roberto, that I had to leave a review! Roberto made it feel like a local shop, you come in, and you’re happy. That was a great touch. I wanted to tell a manager, but it turned out, Roberto was it. Corporate – if you’re seeing this, Roberto is a great example of what you’re looking for. Thanks for the great experience.

Well if you expect them to actually be open till 11 like it is supposed to just don’t. We walked there at 10:45 on a Friday night and the place was closed. If you are to close at whatever time you want just update your hours to that.

I asked for a worker name and his name was AZAM? He was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate people who love their job. Overall definitely going to come back because of this service. I got the vegan cookie dough icecream! Sooo yummm!

I tried their newly launched mango ice cream in the freshly made waffle cone. It was one of the best ice creams I have ever had!

The worst experience! We were in a line for more than 10 minutes and when there was one person left in front of us, the person who was attending told us that he was not going to serve us because it was time to close, when we told him why he had not told us before that we had More than 10 or 15 minutes waiting in line and the place was open, he told us that it was and that he was not going to help umm, behind us there were about 8 more people. It seems disrespectful to me that you enter a place where there is only one person serving who takes an eternity and that when your turn is about to arrive this person in bad manners tells you that the he is not going to serve you because it is time to close. Why don't they close the door to avoid this type of problem? If we arrived long before closing time, they should have informed us that they were not going to serve us and not leave us in line for so long. Bad image for the company, they must improve their system.
