Well if you expect them to actually be open till 11 like it is supposed to just don’t. We walked there at 10:45 on a Friday night and the place was closed. If you are to close at whatever time you want just update your hours to that.

The worst experience! We were in a line for more than 10 minutes and when there was one person left in front of us, the person who was attending told us that he was not going to serve us because it was time to close, when we told him why he had not told us before that we had More than 10 or 15 minutes waiting in line and the place was open, he told us that it was and that he was not going to help umm, behind us there were about 8 more people. It seems disrespectful to me that you enter a place where there is only one person serving who takes an eternity and that when your turn is about to arrive this person in bad manners tells you that the he is not going to serve you because it is time to close. Why don't they close the door to avoid this type of problem? If we arrived long before closing time, they should have informed us that they were not going to serve us and not leave us in line for so long. Bad image for the company, they must improve their system.

This team is AMAZING! We had a last minute request for an ice cream cake, I called ahead to see what was possible and they were able to add a message to one of their display cakes and send me on my way. Thank you so much T, my office is going to love this!!!

To the two guys who were working at the store until closing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 - you guys are awesome! I was in Boston on a work trip with a couple colleagues, and we went out for ice cream that night. The two guys working the counter that night were really cool. We had a bit of fun, which made for a memorable evening. Thanks, guys! And yes, the ice cream was very good too.
