You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s. The ice cream is always delicious. Our son has a nut allergy, and they are always very accommodating.

Ben & Jerry’s always delivers with great ice cream, but what really stood out today, was not the ice cream, but the energy! I was so impressed by the great energy from Roberto, that I had to leave a review! Roberto made it feel like a local shop, you come in, and you’re happy. That was a great touch. I wanted to tell a manager, but it turned out, Roberto was it. Corporate – if you’re seeing this, Roberto is a great example of what you’re looking for. Thanks for the great experience.

Well if you expect them to actually be open till 11 like it is supposed to just don’t. We walked there at 10:45 on a Friday night and the place was closed. If you are to close at whatever time you want just update your hours to that.
I asked for a worker name and his name was AZAM? He was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate people who love their job. Overall definitely going to come back because of this service. I got the vegan cookie dough icecream! Sooo yummm!

We showed up to this location at 10PM hoping for some ice cream. When we arrived, the 2 staff were dealing with a situation with a difficult individual, refusing to leave, obviously inebriated and incapacitated (likely apart of the homeless community …) Though this is tough, I was honestly so touched by the empathy and compassion the staff showed this individual and how they handled the situation. They ensured safety of all patrons and eachother - as well provided exemplary service to all patrons. Good experience & better staff.
