Vela Seaport offers an excellent dining experience with huge flavors. The restaurant serves classic cocktails with a wide range of liquors, although they can be quite expensive. The breakfast menu features dishes like eggs Benedict, made with ham instead of Canadian bacon, and served with a perfect cup of Tazo black tea. The service can be speedy, and the staff may take some time to warm up. Note that an 18% service charge is automatically applied to the bill. Overall, Vela Seaport provides a magnificent dining experience with superbly cooked dishes like scallops seared in duck fat and bison.
