A decent ice cream joint, but they struggle to keep up with the amount of customers. There can be quite a wait at times, and the shop gets pretty dirty. The servers are friendly, and the ice cream is delicious. My nephew prefers Ben and Jerry's over J.P. Licks because he is not a fan of chocolate, and Ben and Jerry's has more variety without chocolate.

good and quick service they also have good music. Its not that big of a place but how fast they are with your order makes up for it. I have no complaints about Tom and Jerrys.

My recent visit to Ben & Jerry's in Boston Seaport was decent. I ordered their strawberry milkshake and a chocolate sundae. The taste of both items was consistent with expectations.The quality of the ice cream at this Ben & Jerry's location was good. What truly stood out, though, was the mediocre service. The staff members were unfriendly and it really negatively affected the experience.I wouldn't be surprised if this Ben & Jerry's location continues to decline based on the bad customer service. Other shops are opening up all around seaport and are much busier.

Came in here late afternoon on a Sunday and the server working the counter was incredible. Friendly, accommodating to our toddlers very specific request of an M&M face on his small chocolate ice cream. Took 2 seconds of their time, but made him so happy. Thanks for the extra effort. ❤️

Stopped by last night for an ice cream and to my dismay the employee taking my order was eating a bowl from Chipotle right out in the open. He had his food in one hand and my ice cream in the other. A huge health violation. As a resident in the area and frequenter of Ben & Jerry’s I’m extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional.
The ice cream was good but cones were soggy. Worst cone ever.

The staff here were wonderful.We were only in town for one day, so tried to make the most of it.After asking about dairy free options we were directed to a few flavours, I actually thought they would not have any. So this was a nice suprise.As it was one of the parties birthday they received a free scoop via the app.The store was clean and very presentable.Highly recommend.
