I go to the Chestnut Hill location on the border of West Roxbury and I always have a great meal and great service.I come in at lunch and my uncle and I have the same waitress every time,Karen.She is super friendly and so knowledgeable about the menu.She is always smiling and always comes with hot rolls right after she seats us.Brings salads right away and is happy to bring more right away.Karen is a hard worker.We see her always helping everyone else out.The pizza is the best.The...
Its a shame it seems like Bertuccis is closing soon, because our experience was great. The food was delicious and our waiter(a young man with short blonde hair) was extremely nice and attentive.
I've been dining at this specific Bertuccis for ten years. This evening, we had the best Bertuccis experience we've ever had. Service was sharp, salads were crisp, bread was right out of the oven, and the entrees were delicious. It was fairly crowded but everything came quickly. Well done all around. We'll be back.
