pizza was under done our waiter was working the bar and also waiting tables running around and couldn't handle or understand the new computer system. the manager seemed useless she walked around the restaurant and helped cut a few pizzas but she didn't do much else. she could have helped out by getting bread and water for tables and she must have checked her cell phone about 20-30 times in the time we were there. she didn't seem to be doing much hands on work to...
We are long-time Bertucci patrons and were very impressed with the West Roxbury location. Our server, Nick, was excellent; very welcoming and he gave us the perfect amount of attention. Both the food and drinks were excellent; kudos to the kitchen staff and Nick. We look forward to our next visit and expect there to be many visits to come! Thank you to all.
