Five Stars. The food delicious and nice and hot. The service Five Stars, Chuck the manager, servers, Izzy and Ashley Five Stars....professional and accommodating. Terrific restaurant.
We arrived early and other than two folks sitting at the bar, it seemed we were the only patrons. Our waitress was also the bartender and being earshot from the bar, was very upset by the vulgar language used by the bartender at the bar. I am grateful we did not have young children with us. We packed our meal and left promptly. Disappointing!!!
Karen is absolutely the very best!! I only go to Bettuccia because Karen works there and she is very friendly, congenial, solicitous, and welcoming. She always checks back to make sure everything that I have ordered is fine, and makes an extra effort to ask how everyone is doing whether you are alone or with others. Bertuccis is very lucky to have her as an employee.
