Great service, but coffee tasted like water. Egg was microwaved and food quality was really mid. Someone else’s review said possibly the worst coffee in the city. Yeah. The bagel itself was pretty good. Owners probably buy cheap coffee beans since their locations have so many tourists they don’t need repeat customers. Will avoid like the plague next time.

Fresh bagels, good service, salty cream cheese. Small location, literally 3 stools to sit on. The pastrami bagel (deluxe) extremely salty. I would recommend to purchase the bagels and get creative with them at home. Last but not least. You well smell like everything bagel forever if you decide to dine in. Thank me later.

Parking: Busy area, parking is barely existent.

“Deluxe” Bagels good overall but VERY SALTY. Never had such a salty bagel.

Waited 30 minutes for a bagel. Just go to dunks.

Very poor customer service. Fine if you are just looking to not interact with humanity and grab a bagel to go

Employees don’t respond to a simple good morning or make eye contact with customers. Self order kiosk machine had more personality. Looks like a nice place and bagels look fresh.

Left without ordering based completely upon the lack of customer service.

Got a bagel sandwich ($12) and the bagel was hard and cold. Absolutely disgusting.

Overbaked/burnt bagels. Missed the tomato on my sandwich.

In a pinch...you can get a palatable bagel here. But that is all this place has to offer. The only reason this place is open still is due to the fact that there is literally nowhere else to get a bagel in Seaport. The coffee is maybe the worst coffee in the entire city. The eggs/bacon are rubber and worse than Dunkin. If you want to add lettuce tomato and onion to your sandwich that costs $3. $1 for each topping. What a joke!!!

Our order took 20 minutes to come out and when it finally did the food wasn’t anywhere decent enough to warrant a wait. The bacon and egg were both precooked and the bagel itself was soggy. Might as well go to starbucks next door

I think this place has some decent flavored bagels. I’m not a huge fan of the plain, but the cinnamon raisin and everything are consistently good bites!

Teenie spot with no seating, but affordable and filling breakfast sandwiches.

For about nine dollars, I got an egg, avocado, onion, and tomato on a salt bagel. I don’t like amorphous eggs (eggs where you’re not sure if it was poured out of a container or microwaved or what, but it’s got that microwaved texture).

I also am quite picky about bagels, and would rank these ones as “okay.” They’re not bad, but they aren’t a texture I really like. I’m from NY and prefer NY style bagels.

The customer service was kind and efficient. The prices felt reasonable. And the place is fully accessible with metered street parking.

There is one floor panel that moves entirely, and this is it freaked me out when I stepped on it coming in. It should be glued down.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible

Calling all bagel fanatics! This place is a dream come true. Forget wimpy bagels with a sprinkle of toppings here. These are the real deal - hand-rolled and baked to chewy perfection. But the magic doesn't stop there. They absolutely load their bagels with your choice of toppings. Craving a poppy bagel? Get ready for a poppy explosion! Everything bagel lover? We're talking a generous showering of all the classics. And to top it all off, they have a fantastic selection of schmears to complete your bagel bliss. This is my new go-to spot for the most incredible, over-the-top bagels in town!

Great prices. Took a little longer than expected for 2 bagels with cream cheese but the staff was very nice and the bagel was great. Lots of cream cheese!
