So honestly I came here without reading reviews of which there seem to be many mixed. In any case the food and drink I got (Brooklyn & iced coffee) was on point and I'd like to come here again. My only critique is it's a bit pricy but for a pricy bagel I do not feel cheated.

Not only are the bagels here bad and overpriced, they have a mouse problem. I’ve walked past at night several times and saw mice running on the counter where food is prepared. Do not go here. Google won’t let me attach the video, but I’ve included a picture.
Cute atmosphere, but replaced Lettuce with Arugula on my takeout order WITHOUT ASKING. Not acceptable at all, especially when the two foods are so different. Shop is cramped and no place to sit down while waiting.

Sooooooo good! Loved the Somerville- bagel, cream cheese tomato and bacon! Sea salt and veggie were my choices. Got onion and everything for home! Bagels are just the right amount of soft/firm - not sure how to best explain but just reallly, really good. Service is friendly and quick - small place but things move quickly.
