This place has poor managementThe owner certainly have no idea of how he’s employees treat the customers, it’s like they are doing you a favor rolling the eyes while selling coffee and toasting your bagel. There’s no spreading the butter or the cc, they just slap it on the bagel and goodbye

We came from Ct, to a small meeting, we prefer to have Bagel from a local store than the hotel, we order sesame, all the begals came sea salt (all of them) the eggs were disgusting (fake eggs). Really don't like it.

Bagels sandwiches are bad. You’re better off getting something from Dunkin’ Donuts.

Super expensive for what you get. Bagels are decent but not anything to make a trip for. The sandwiches themselves always sound tasty from the menu, but it never feels worth it to leave having paid nearly $30 for two bagel sandwiches that don’t have anything going on.Plus you can’t sit in. take out only. not necessarily bad but for the price, i would expect to be able to sit and eat there.

There's a worker there named Shane he has been very cheery and helpful. He deserves a raise. Food was great.

Quality fresh bagels here with classic options. We've stopped in a couple of times in the past few days and it always does the trick. Not a big fan of the coffee.

Awful bagel, not fresh eggs.. McDonalds style for $9. What a waste, took a bite and threw the rest away.

Stopped by at 1030 am on a Sunday. After a 15 min wait (10 outside in the 35 degree weather) I was finally able to order. I ordered a poppy bagel with sausage egg and cheese and an everything with cream cheese. 25-30 min wait. Left and came back in 25 minutes and all these bags were there facing the workers and they were not saying out the names so people were just waiting like fools. Finally I saw my order by the register. Left and went to Starbucks to eat it and realized it is the wrong order. Paid a premium for two bagels a wasted a ton of time. Will be disputing with my credit card company for wrong order received. Two bagels, hard as can be that were everything with a bucket load of cream cheese. Poor service, unorganized and poor quality on top of it being wrong order.

Not impressed for the price. $21.06 for 2 bacon egg cheese sandwiches. Was not a fan of the flavor. The everything bagel was very oniony and salty. Too expensive.

Solid bagel shop in seaport. Nothing to write home about but good enough for the weekend morning bagel.

ordered an egg and cheese with avo and a hashbrown online. Went to pick it up and drove home, only to open the bag and see that they gave me an bagel with ONLY avocado and egg. Drove back and they gave me a new bagel, only for the hashbrown to be dry, crumbly and stale. Won’t be returning!

bagels r good. Try the garlic scallion cream cheese so good. ordering ahead works well.

Bagel was OK.The ingredients used for the sandwich are around the quality you’d expect at a gas station.Fake yellow cheese, transparent greasy bacon strips, tasteless egg and watery “chipotle mayo”.Big sandwich that packs 0 flavor. Not worth they hype! Better off running on Dunkin’s or going up a block to Starbucks and grab a real sandwich.

So sad to give a bad review, I like to keep it positive. But not much positive to say about this place. Food, coffee, service, cost, atmosphere... all bad. Won't return.
