I did not grow up eating dosa, I am not a dosa expert and cannot attest to authenticity, etc.
What I can say is that at 2:30am, after a long night celebrating a friend's wedding, the bright lights of Madras Dosa gleamed, a shining beacon amidst the row of empty kitchens closed for the night.
