Attached the beautiful Langham Hotel, Bond impresses the moment you walk in the door; the space opens before you with giant art of American presidents filling the vast expanse and chandeliers dangling from the vaulted ceiling. Stopped here with my girl friend for a drink after a walk around Faneuil hall as my car was parked in the garage across the hotel($9 per day on weekends). Lounge is Chic and Elegant. It was a perfect setting for my favorite drink, the Vesper Martini, the original James Bond Martini(first had it and loved it at Cuchi Cuchi). Oddly, it is not on their drinks Menu. Bar bites come with the drink. We didn't have any food as we had had a late lunch. Will go back soon.

Idk what the hype is all about regarding snobiness..I got really excited to be treated like dirt for no reason. Host to waiter, treated us with complete respect an hospitality. Nothing about our appearance said hi society. I'm not sure if people are intimidated by being in the presence of professionals invested in maintaining an upscale image, but the crowd was not as aggressive as people made it seem.
