Fantastic experience and lived up to the hype! Honestly loved the apps more than the entree. Aloo chaat chips were so good. Our server Gianna was also amazing. She made our date night out without baby so special! Even gave us a comp cookie ice cream dessert which was soooo good! Vibe and live jazz music was great too.
The burger was surprisingly great. Good drinks and ambience too.
The kitchen at The Fed is doing its job. The front of house is not.
Start with the good. The pork belly was spectacular, and the Umame burger is one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. The skillet cookie with ice cream closed the night on a high note. The calamari was solid but drowned in a sauce it didn’t need; the Thai chili dip alone was plenty. The short rib was the one real kitchen miss, salted so heavily it was only edible mixed into the mashed potatoes.
