Exceptionally lazy and inattentive service. Bar like atmosphere encouraged loud patrons, which some might like. Food was quite good, and well imagined and prepared, contrary to the service. Food used to be much better at this site.

We ate dinner during one of the Summer In The City concerts. So, yes it was noisey but expected. Good food and great service. Plus, a wonderful table located outside to hear the band. I highly recommend!

It's a lovely restaurant but there is a major problem in the kitchen. We waited an hour and a half for our food to get to us after we ordered, and the service was mediocre at best. They don't give bread so we ordered bread, and thirty minutes later we still had no bread. The server was kind and checked on us three times in dismay, it was very unusual. Portions are quite small, which we can live with at fine dining, but overall not worth the wait.

Service could have been better. Specifically, she asked one person in our party for her drink order and was lost for a bit. Once she brought the drink, the others in the party ordered. Water was not replenished without asking. Did not feel that we had the servers full attention.

Fancy indoor bar with wood paneling on the main floor of the Boston Harbor Hotel just steps from the wharf. Dress up and bring a date.

My husband and I chose the restaurant because of its proximity to our sunset cruise of the Boston Harbor. The adjoining hotel and lobbies had interesting maps over hundreds of years showing changes to the Harbor. The restaurant staff was attentive and the food was fabulous. We were in and out in plenty of time to walk the Wharf before our cruise. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We sat outside on a warm summer evening with fantastic food, superior service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating or more kind. I highly recommend this venue for a special evening. It's not for the faint of pocketbook, but it was just perfect for last night.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. I took my dad out to brunch for father's day and it was embarrassing. Very slow. Twice I had to ask for milk for my coffee. The server kept saying how busy she was. The restaurant should have been staffed appropriately. Our food was cold. It's extremely disappointing.

Everything about our recent lunch was wonderful. We asked for and received outside seating. Our waiter Raphael was excellent. Drinks were generous. Food was spectacular. Highly recommend the clam chowder. The Harborside location is lovely.

We dined there for lunch and breakfast. The service was fantastic. The food and drinks were excellent. It was perfect day to sit and watch the boats in the harbor. Definitely would recommend it.

Was a bit confusing finding the location. Had no idea it was in the hotel, but eventually found it. Nice, quiet, great views, food was wonderful, service was professional and friendly and very patient.

Wow! What a special place! Location is gorgeous inside and on the patio with views of the harbor. Our service was spot on. Shout out to Adrian who helped us feel so special as we celebrated our son's graduation. The food was absolutely delicious! Baked halibut, large prawn shrimp, scallops were all incredible. Thank you Rowes for making our son's graduation dinner a memorable one!

The best fried clams my husband has ever had, and he's had a plethora living on the North Shore!! Ahi tuna was fabulous, even my non-sushi eating husband loved it! Sancerre wine was a treat (not easy to find by the glass!). Sitting outside on the wharf dock was entertaining, even for us seasoned boaters!! Def returning!!

My friend took me for a birthday lunch yesterday. Love the atmosphere. Had a lovely time with my friend. Re: lunch itself... Waitress was nice, though not very responsive--we had to waive her down multiple times. I ordered the cobb salad w/ a chicken breast. The chicken breast was pounded out thin and cooked--was dry as a bone. Salad portions were skimpy. A hotel restaurant at this level and price point should be serving a better quality of food and service than this.
