Randomly stopped in here this morning looking for bagels and coffee for a small staff meeting at work and was immediately met by a very rude woman at the register, I couldn't help but notice how dirty the place was while I waited patiently for a simple order

Staff is always in a bad mood, and they take it out on each other and the customers. It seems like every two weeks the full staff turns over. Must be a miserable place to work--I feel bad for the staff more than upset with them as there's clearly a management problem. Bagels taste good but are often deformed or of strange sizes. They obviously don't care.

I’ve been ordering here for a while. Occasionally ran into issues and then after year+ realized they’ve been skimping me everytime. Tried to message them on their website for a resolution but have yet to hear back.

Over the last two or three months, this place has descended into complete and utter chaos. The recently modified ordering process is confusing and counter-intuitive. The staff appears clueless and uncaring. The ambiance is reminiscent of nothing so much as a run-down railroad station waiting room. And in addition to all of that, the product itself has gone downhill (see photos, taken today. These are two of the alleged 'bagels' that were included in my order of a dozen.) It used to be that you walked in and joined a line that snaked around, past the actual bagel offerings. You gave your order after perusing those offerings -- especially important if you were ordering a dozen, since you could see which types were available. Your order was filled and handed to you. The line ended at the register, you paid, and you left. Instead, now you walk up to the register make your order, pay, and then wait in a group while your order is filled. You can't see what's available. And god help you if, before you order, you walk back to try to see -- a stern warning that you're out of line is sure to follow. The entire procedure is insulting. (The payment process even asks for a tip, and a tip jar is also prominently displayed.) I've been going here for years, but I'm done. This place is a bad joke.

Did the menu change? Are they getting cheap or was this an employee error? I ordered the Herby Turkey, it used to be filled with Turkey, cream cheese, etc. This time I got one slice of Turkey, they forgot the sun dried tomato spread, and lettuce that's going bad. I called and was told, what do you want me to do about it? Really? I want you to make it better next time, or offer to make it again. Very poor response from employees, not a good experience at all.Update: I called back to talk to the manager, Chuck, who offered to make it right.

There aren't any Bruegger's near us so we like to stop by this location any time we're on our way home from Children's in Boston. The bagels are great but the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Adam is an absolute ray of sunshine. Very pleasant and engaging. He remembered my daughter from last time (6 weeks prior) and really took an interest in her progress. It was really nice and my daughter appreciated it.

We had bagels delivered. Everything was delivered hot and fresh. Our order was large and everything was delivered correctly. Bagels were delicious. Crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. Will definitely order from here again.

Open until 2 p.m. arrive at 10:30 a.m. virtual no bagels. Just a few plain ones and a couple other flavors - not enough to make a dozen in all. Ask if certain flavors will be available in awhile told no that's it Fit the day. 10/10/2023 Received follow-up from owner shortly after posting my original review asking me for more details so the customer service team could review and see if I might change my review after their response. Submitted that info also mentioning that on one other occasion at 1 o'clock staff member was locking door and said they were closed (official closing time is 2 o'clock). Never heard back. Review stands. I will mention that the bagels are good if you like what they have on hand (plain) and can put up with the other related issues.

This location should just close permanently. They’re never open their stated hours. And when they are actually open, they don’t have anything but plain bagels. Don’t waste your time coming here. Terrible. If I could rate negative stars I would.

If I could leave a negative rating, I would, -35 stars, this is the most horrendously run establishment I’ve ever walked into in my life with the rudest employees, who obviously don’t want to be there, Bruggers, do yourself a favor and fire your entire staff before they bankrupt you…, I don’t have enough words to use to fully describe how horribly run this establishment is and how poor the quality of food is that comes out of there Brueggers, you should be ashamed to have hired the people that you have representing you

My friend and I go every morning to get breakfast, we never had an issue always lovely staff. Today was the worse experience, the girl (refused to give her name) at the cashier was disrespectful and rude. She Had a terrible attitude when we walked in and made us wait an awful long time for a pick up order (that was already ready). She kept looking at us, in a very disrespectful way. My friend forgot to add her ice coffee to her order (which is free when you order online) and asked another employee for a cup of ice, that’s when she proceeded to threatening my friend and telling her “I will let it slide this time”. She kept repeating herself, until we responded back. The worse experience we have had. The manager never came out to ask if everything was okay, which I find ridiculous because she was in the back room. We will not be returning back because the customer service needs to improve. Once again everyone else was fine, it’s just the cashier who needs to improve her customer service.

I have been to several Brueggers Bagels before and throughly enjoyed it, however, unfortunately my experience here today was not good. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese, and received it within about two minutes of ordering. I thought wow, that was quick, and the only to find that my sandwich look like it had been sitting there, like one from a gas station, the cheese was burnt and I could barely eat it because it was not sitting well. The reason I am giving this at least two stars is due to the friendly and welcoming staff.
