Did the menu change? Are they getting cheap or was this an employee error? I ordered the Herby Turkey, it used to be filled with Turkey, cream cheese, etc. This time I got one slice of Turkey, they forgot the sun dried tomato spread, and lettuce that's going bad. I called and was told, what do you want me to do about it? Really? I want you to make it better next time, or offer to make it again. There aren't any Bruegger's near us so we like to stop by this location any time we're on our way home from Children's in Boston. The bagels are great but the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Adam is an absolute ray of sunshine. Very pleasant and engaging. He remembered my daughter from last time (6 weeks prior) and really took an interest in her progress. It was really nice and my daughter appreciated it.

Staff is always in a bad mood, and they take it out on each other and the customers. It seems like every two weeks the full staff turns over. Must be a miserable place to work--I feel bad for the staff more than upset with them as there's clearly a management problem. Bagels taste good but are often deformed or of strange sizes. They obviously don't care.
