Worst customer service experience I’ve had. A staff member accidentally spilled a full glass of orange juice I ordered all over my clothes, soaking everything. While a few employees were apologetic, management poorly addressed the situation. I was still charged for the spilled drink (it was removed after asking) and only given a small discount on one of the several items that were ordered for the table. As a tourist about to catch a flight, this caused a major inconvenience, as I had to rush back to my hotel to shower and change. Accidents happen, but how management handled this was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Service was very polite. I took the recommendation of other reviews and got the duck eggs benedict. It was good, but a small portion compared to some other dishes. The coffee was good!

Great food in a quaint atmosphere just off the beaten path of Newbury St. Highly recommend

Food is not as impressive as what I learned online. Service is really bad. The waitress is too busy to care with a condescending manner.

Service was nice. Food was under seasoned and partially bland. Menu selection was great but preparation was lacking. Atmosphere is packed which is what you are signing up for. Would not recommend.

Beautiful place with a nice French menu, and a wonderful staff. Really feels like a homie atmosphere and would highly recommend for anyone visiting or living in Boston. Thank you Anaïs and the team!

Had a very lovely impromptu early dinner here last night and was so pleasantly surprised. The cozy, intimate space is warm and inviting and very nicely appointed with lots of plants. The food provided enough choice for a vegetarian and my companion really enjoyed the mussels. The cocktails were small pours but unique and tasty. I would recommend this establishment for a romantic assignation.

Truly remarkable food. Short rib bourgignon, delicious apple salad, superb french onion soup. V authentic. Great wine. A smaller place, but packs its punch. We definitely want to come back.

I wanted to like this restaurant but was disappointed. I had the Savage Mama Breakfast, and it was fine but nothing special. The restaurant was so busy and noisy that I had to raise my voice to be heard. Midway through our meal, my party was moved to a smaller table so that a larger group could occupy our original table, and the tables in the new area were so close together that I was able to hear the conversations on either side of me. If you like a lively atmosphere, this may be the restaurant for you, but I wouldn't return.

The food was very good as well as the service. Diverse menu. We had the onion soup, eggplant, the mushroom risotto , the short rib which was particularly good and the crème brûlée. It is a very intimate restaurant. Great for a table of two. We were 3 people and the seating was not good. Because of the size of the restaurant it was loud along with the music. The owner visited us which I appreciated. I would recommend this restaurant. Reservation is needed.
