The food was very average, I expected it to be better. My friend also felt sick after eating here, she felt nauseous so I definitely would not recommend a visit!! There are much better places to eat at Newbury street...The server was friendly and attentive.

I may be eating myself alone in this distinguished cafeteria, but it doesn't change the fact that I was fascinated and overwhelmed with their services. They have my favorite foods and desserts. All of it was delicious. If only I have lots of money, I would never stop eating again and again until I had enough. Also, the place was tidy, clean, and secured. Because of their good service, I could never get tired coming back again. See you soon!

I just had lunch/dinner at this place.The pizza was hard and they're so stingy on the cheese that the pizza should be called "hard tomato sauce pizza"... C'mon I work in the food business and I know that cheese isn't a big food cost. The same on the Fish Tacos, it comes with everything but fish, besides the Taco was very hard too. It looks like the food was ready there waiting to be served. Of course I notified the server about the quality of food (it's not the server's fault) but the kitchen and the owner should be notified about the bad quality of their food.

I was very disappointed that they were out of so many things. I wanted a salmon Caesar salad but they were out of romaine lettuce and salmon! I decided to go for the Cobb salad with shrimp. When the salad arrived, it was very small with only THREE shrimp! The whole salad was 23. It wasn't bad, but definitely not worth it.

Always a great brunch at Cafeteria! Food and drinks were tasty and service was friendly as usual. So glad to see this Boston classic hasn't changed in spite of the COVID 19 pandemic! All facilities were beautifully cleaned and tables all socially distanced. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent food. Shares the Roasted Beet Salad and the Deluxe Burger and they were both wonderful. Wait service was also very good. Definitely a stop for lunch if shopping on Newbury St.

Where it's a really nice patio and great service, I would not recommend this pace at all. Looks like they are serving up pure tourist trap food and drink. High prices, low quality food, fries were stale, food less than mediocre and get this, SIX DOLLARS for a fountain drink. WTF. Calamari had more fried peppers than calamari and was clearly frozen. Go somewhere else, anywhere else for a way better deal. Not worth it even for the people watching there's plenty of other options on Newbury st.
