Mochi donuts is my favorite right now so I have to try when I find stores. This place is right next to pho place and super convenient. The box is super cute and mochi donuts are yummy. Price is a little high but I guess it's Newbury, Boston so it have to be. Hope they have more unique topping there!
These are the best mochi donuts I've had in a long time!! So much better than Mochinut in Chinatown. I got the matcha and the black sesame donuts after having dinner in Back Bay. I appreciate that this storefront is open late for dessert, and when they seemed to be making the donuts fresh! Both were warm, perfectly fried, not greasy, and really pleasantly chewy. Tip: Not ideal for getting large orders.Vibrant spot and great for a quick sweet bite while perusing about.I've had much better Mochi donuts, but none as pricey. Nothing justifies the $4.75/donut; basic taste with minimal creativity. Don't spend 54.78 for a dozen donuts like I did, when there are much better options in the area.
