Love Caffé Nero, however this particular location has the worst service I have ever experienced at any caffé I have been to. I felt rushed to order my drink as quickly as possible, I didn’t realize they still had croissants so I proceeded to order one after he made my drink which seemed to be a problem with the barista. Gave me attitude and told me to order my food before my drink next time. I kept apologizing that I didn’t know and he rolled his eyes at me and walked away. While company standard is to take two at a time, he made a big deal about taking my friend before me, since I was trying to download the app. We ordered almost the same thing, so it shouldn’t have been difficult but apparently it was also a problem.

I knew this resto from the apps Too Good To Go. I bought the surprise bag and it only cost $4.2.
I received 5 pastries and they were so delicious, really recommend people to buy them.

They close before 6. Or at least lock their doors 5-10 minutes of. I was going to do a pickup and leave.

Really? We need a code to use the bathroom? No other location does this. What a shame since this is a good location otherwise.

Nice study spot
I came to enjoy afternoon coffee with some quite Monday afternoon atmosphere which I enjoy generally in cafe Nero on weekdays. However, The barista not only present negative attitude when I asked for my Americano in a regular cup but also dropped the hot coffee cup aggressively on the checking out table after (even though) I requested it before he used the paper cup. This, coupled with the oversight of not asking for takeout or dine-in preference, highlights the need for better customer service training at this Cafe Nero location.

Hours aren't posted on the door but Google says they open at 7am on weekdays. Multiple times I've come here between 7 and 7:15am and they are closed. Please update your hours or get employees that will open up when you're supposed to be.

Saw this brand a lot in Europe but didnt get a chance to try. Now finally went to one in the States lol. I was a little sad that they didn’t do coffee art in my latte but I couldn’t complain anything because the taste is so good.

I want to start by saying the *employees* are always very friendly and do an excellent job, but like many places these days, the person who actually runs the business seems to have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Any time I come in the music is so loud it feels like there's a literal orchestra performing in the middle of the cafe. I asked one day to have the music turned down because, you know, I don't want to feel like the first chair of the Philharmonic is leaning over my shoulder playing Beethoven's 5th while I'm trying to enjoy my coffee. I was told they can't because it's company policy and the *owner* (surprise) doesn't want people staying here too long, so they subject their employees and customers to unbearably loud noise. Mission accomplished. You don't care about my comfort, I don't care about your business. I'll go over to Tatte where they have better coffee and actually want customers... Amazing how the owner of a Cafe doesn't know how cafes work
