I can’t speak to the quality of the food necessarily, it seemed just fine to me but I wouldn’t consider myself a BBQ expert by any means.What was off was the service- it was Sunday night around 7PM, the dining room was beginning to fill up and I think only one server on the floor. Honey butter biscuits were delicious but the night only went downhill from there.Each meal came with an unpleasant surprise sauce or side that was not explicitly stated on the menu and overpowered the dishes (random pickles, sour cream, hot sauce drizzled all over a sandwich unrequested).Must have been a bad batch of brisket because the meat was dry and the bbq sauce was sour with vinegar. I’m from the south and am picky about my bbq, I’m not gon lie this was some of the best I’ve had! Kept everything to its roots no spicy Mac and cheese just delicious breaded and original bbq goodness. Ty for everything!
