I ordered a small iced matcha latte but was charged and served a medium instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff did nothing to fix it or offer any resolution. The drink was fine, but the lack of attention and poor customer service left a bad impression.

I love chai and like to try new places when I'm traveling so I opted for Cafe Nero. I ordered a hot chai latte and received an iced chai latte. I'm bummed because I didn't get what I ordered. For an iced chai, it's not bad, it's just not what I wanted.
Dietary restrictions: I prefer soy milk for my drinks as it has a higher protein content than other vegan milks but it was not available.
