At this place , we ordered Both cold and hot drinks. Refreshers and cappuccino( requested for a non-dairy milk due to sensitivity ). The refreshers ok,

Entered down a stairwell off the street had a handful of tables outside entrance.
The space is narrow also has seating inside here and there.

Nero Kitchen by Caffè Nero is known as one of the coziest Caffè Nero’s in the city. Customers always find a good seat and enjoy food and coffee that is always great. The staff bring the order to the table like a sit down restaurant, a nice touch. The bakery is unique, different from a regular Nero. Many praise the Pistachio croissant, chocolate croissant, and Florentine Benedict as excellent and fresh. Coffee options include the Single Source coffee option, honey spice latte, sparkling water, and iced Strawberry Vanilla Matcha Latte. One person made a Refresher drink wrong, but most service is friendly and consistent.
The atmosphere is cozy and excellent for a quick bite or a relaxing break. It is a great little cafe option for those strolling in the area and a good pit stop. Some locations can be crowded, with long lines and only two people behind the counter. A latte can sometimes have a bad aftertaste if equipment is not cleaned. In busy spots, space is tight and customers may have to move around. If visiting, try a less crowded location.
