Not worth the price. Got a latte and some spinach sandwich thing, the latte was meh, and the food was… edible. Nothing screamed terrible about it, but it’s like what I would imagine the quality of food would be like at the halfway point between a soup kitchen for the tongueless and an actual restaurant would taste like — despite getting there 30 minutes after opening everything had the distinct taste as if it had been left out for two days. Spent 20$ in total, it was worth maybe 4$

The visit here was spontaneous. We were looking for a place nearby to drink coffee to warm up. Walking past it looked like it must be a good establishment, I liked the design. But, unfortunately, it was the only thing we liked. First, I had to wait for quite a long time, although I won't say that in a very long line. Rather, some of the staff did not work very quickly. To get into the toilet, you need to be a client of the establishment, there is a code on the door, which you need to ask the staff. The main thing is that it was almost the worst Latte in our memory. The impression is as if hot water was poured into the cup after the drink and given to you to drink. The taste was terrible, and the price was not low (around $5 per cup). Cheap instant coffee would taste better. It is a pity that they did not go to another place. On the plus side, at least WiFi worked (you had to call, not from mobile internet).

Great spot for studying/WFH, they do offer wifi, as a fellow barista their mochas are spot on, cozy place to sit to read or catch up with a friend!!

The guy who took our order and the woman had a terrible attitude and were very mean. Plus we tried using a free pastry and coffee code and they charged us for it. The food tasted like liquid diarea.

The Asian guy behind counter is very rude, very unprofessional one night I went in there before the nutcracker show, I overheard him saying “ what is the point of the nutcracker show that I can make a porn series call Buttcracker! He said it so loud that my nieces and nephew heard it and I find it very disturbing and unprofessional. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED
Never wrote a bad review before in Google (check my profile). The server who was a bald guy was extremely rude to our family. Almost borderline unacceptable. Definitely should consider replacing him with somebody

I got a red velvet hot chocolate and I took a sip and it tasted lukewarm at best. I kindly asked for her to heat it up and she gave me and rude attitude and said that’s how it should be when it has whipped cream . Then she took them and slammed in the microwave… I would not recommend going here .. service has gone down hill

Unbelievably bad service getting take out from a very disgruntled employee. The lady had a meltdown towards us because we changed our mind about how many sandwiches we would order. Her exact words were “Oh my god, I just asked you” with her hands up in the air, and brow furled upon having her reopen the sandwich door once we asked for an additional sandwich. She also snapped when asking for coffee as the sandwiches were not yet warm, and I suppose it is challenging to take notes It’s worth noting there was one person only in line being served by another person. Food was fine.
