Great location and ambiance. Most of the people at the counter were kinda brusque. Bought their pistachio muffin which, while it tasted good, was misshapen and way too heavy to be called a muffin.

I was expecting this to be better than your average coffee shop & it was beyond what I expected the taste of their Cold Brew is so smooth it has that crispy coffee taste that I literally cannot find in any other iced coffee I mean from somebody who drinks Starbucks or Dunkin almost every day of the week it’s saying a lot because when you go to a cafe that you know has that specific taste you were longing for you know it’s gonna be infinitely better bc the huge chains can’t get a hit when their producing so many coffees across the world this isn’t a review about how bad Starbucks is but I just wish they made the coffee beans a lot better & maybe sourced them in unique ways as to not copy other coffee companies

Plenty of seating, many outlets, great decor and seating. Usually busy but never have to wait long in line. The cappuccinos are pretty good but the coffee isn’t that strong though.

Whe worst experience in my life!
I ordered a salad with extra chicken, and to my shock, the chicken was 8 days past its expiration date. At first, I thought the strange taste came from the sauce, but after trying the meat separately, I realized it was spoiled. Only then did I notice the expiry date.
When I raised this with the manager, she claimed it was just a labeling mistake and that the chicken was fresh — but it clearly wasn’t. I can still feel the bad taste hours later. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety.

One star for the service on the morning of August 30th, 2025. The staff members were rude and seemed upset to be at work. They gave customers angry looks LOL. The line was huge and they moved as slowly as they could. There were barely any pastries--it looked like they didn't want to make any sales. The place is great but the experience is ruined by the staff members.

Design is awesome, wc doors sometimes don't work, payment systems barely work, a bit slow. Management here sucks for sure.

So bummed. I think the lady left out the mocha in my iced mocha latte. I get really excited for that drink when I go to cafe nerro and she totally dropped the ball today. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. I'll try again another time.
