I love the cute bookstore feel but the pastries are old and dry and the hot chocolate I ordered came lukewarm. We had them remake it and it was still just okay.

I think the food is not too bad, but it ain't the the best either. In my opinion it's very salty.The service was okay and the environment is fine. There are also a few outlets under some tables if you're looking for somewhere to eat and charge your phone or computer.

This is one of the only Cafe Neros that is open past 8p! The atmosphere is busy, but not hectic. The White Mocha and Coffee Roll were good. There was ample seating when I was there from about 7p-8p.

I'm a real sucker for Caffe Nero, and this location is no exception. It has so much more atmosphere than other chain coffee shops with plenty of tasty food and drink options. The hot chocolate is just fantastic.Avoid Starbucks and Dunkin. Come here, spend an extra couple bucks, and just enjoy the atmosphere.
Came around 2pm on Christmas Eve before seeing the Nutcracker. Myself, my mom and my daughter waited about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged for our order (the people in front of us had already ordered and paid). The cashier was busy talking to another employee who "was off the clock and came by to drop off her secret Santa gift". The place was crowded and no wear to sit, but that was expected. Just the lack of customer service is what makes this review a 3 star. The bacon breakfast sandwich was amazing as well as the Chai latte.

I was humiliated by the Staff after I kindly asked to use the restroom. Then they insisted on me buying something first in which I replied I urgently must use the restroom first! I have health complication but they were rude! I asked one of the staff their name instead they started to use profanity! It was very distressful to no one surprise another customer decided to leave after witnessing how they treated me! Please do better! Ps! I will never come back to this chain again and will be telling my friends and family to stay Away!

It was ridiculous experience. I ordered roast beef sandwich but they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked them and one of a employee whose name is Andrew talked to me aggressively that don’t grab food NOT yours. I was totally shocked. The sandwich was handed to me and I never grab food by myself since they don’t have label on it. Probably cause I’m ASIAN？LOL

Was pleasantly surprised to find that the coffee is quite good and the vibe also makes it one of the better cafes I've visited so far. It was very busy so finding a table was tough, but that's a good sign that this is a good place to be. Great decor and the wifi was fast. Will definitely return.
