Great location and a lot of space. We ordered the lemon tart and ham&cheese baguette. The vanilla ice latte tastes good as well.

I love hot coffee. Many coffee shops use thermal pots to brew in. Loses its heat shortly afterwards. Went to this location and hit the jackpot. Ryan went ahead and brewed a fresh pot for me. Coffee was DELICIOUS. His coworker, a young woman, was a master of craft at making multiple specialty beverages at once. They were both quite impressive.

DO NOT ORDER THE SANDWHICHES. Had bad diarrhea, felt like puking. In the sandwich it had some weird orange slimy substance on it, didn’t mind but still ate. The whole day passed its 9:30PM , trying to find a public bathroom and almost shit my pants.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere. I come here regularly and would love to rate higher. But service drives the score down. Half the staff are some of the friendliest people. The other half are the most disinterested, rudest people you can imagine. But my biggest complaint is that in 3 years of coming here regularly, not a single mobile order has even been started until I wait in line and tell the staff I made a mobile order. Even ordering 20 minutes in advance, you have to inform the staff in person that you ordered online for them to begin making your order.

Cambridge is better. This location in Boston is OKAY, the drinks my partner and I got are two large strawberry refresher and the issue is the flavor is very watered down. You'll taste the water more instead of the flavor. The second issue is that I almost got finesse for paying. While paying I told the older lady with glasses I wanted to pay half with cash and card, I gave her 6 dollars but she didn't put in the new price. My partner noticed and told her three times that the price didn't change, and we had to repeat it. I almost paid 10 bucks for watered-down drinks.

Coffee amazing, but my sandwich with prosciutto was too raw honestly. Also, the hygiene of the tables could be a bit better. We cleaned our table anyway, maybe they were just understaffed that day.

I ordered a Hot Chocolate, and I actually ordered it wherever I go. All the time I get a normal HOT Chocolate but this time it’s like they brought me the coldest Hot Chocolate ever. And when I asked the worker to at least add a bit of hot milk to make it a bit warmer, she just said, sorry but you drank most of it so I can’t make it again. I personally loved the food and the atmosphere. But the way she responded and the way she gave me an ICED HOT CHOCOLATE is crazy. The last thing I wanna say is that the amount of stuff we ordered is not even that much that we had to wait around 25 minutes for it.

Took almost 30 minutes to make 2 drinks that I ordered from a table, all while 30+ people passed in and out of the store.

The vegan breakfast sandwich here was so good that my husband and I came back and got it everyday for breakfast while on our trip to Boston. The coffee is great too!

This Cafe Nero is becoming a mess. I get it they don’t want homeless or crackhead people in there and I know it was a problem before, but there’s gotta be some other way than this. They think they’re some kind of restaurant or something with a podium in front and ask you if you’re eating in or eating out, if you do eat in, they have this 30 minute policy where if you wanna continue to stay in and use the charger or WiFi, you gotta buy something else or you get kicked out which I think is completely stupid. Idk if that location is losing money or something, but they gotta do something else. This is why I always go to the Caffè Nero at 560 Washington Street now. They don’t care if you’re not gonna buy anything nor if you’re just using their WiFi or just charging your electronics.
