The customer service was terrible — they don’t help people. The coffee was fine, but the cookies were really old. We went to the counter to tell the manager about the cookies, and she responded very rudely and didn’t give us a full refund.

Awesome location but also a little busier than some other coffee spots. They have a lot of seating and we went during off hours so it wasn’t too bad. The single source coffee was very good and would strongly recommend. Had a latte as well that was little heavier on the syrup than I prefer.

This location is a little bit fancier than many other. I like their flat white.

I haven't had the flavored beverages, but their coffee is as coffee flavored as coffee can get. No bean water here! Their breakfast sandwiches are super yummy and filling. The staff always treats people with kindness.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and it was nothing short of perfect. The space is cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming you like a regular even on your first visit. Coffee was rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care—truly a spot with nothing to complain about!

Just like every other chain coffee place around town, on like every other corner. Same old, same old. They have a lot of work to do cause this place ain't worth it. Although they have more than just coffee & breakfast stuff, it's nothing special.
I was at an event in the area & was looking for a chocolate chip cookie or similar, but no luck. I decided to check out what they had, which was not really much of anything. Also, who knows how long it's been there? Nothing is marked on what it actually is, not sure why labels/signs are hard for places like this. Plus, they don't have anything vegan, pretty pathetic.
Of course, staff are doing other things & not paying attention to the people in line. I eventually just ask for a brownie since their cookies seem over-baked, which I do not like. Well, what's worse is a dry, cold brownie. Seriously? Not sure why I bothered. Go elsewhere.

Ordered 3 hot beverages. the service was so slow (6 new people formed a line right after us) that by the time we received the drinks they were all close to room temperature. And he was about to make them with the wrong milk until reminded again of the order. A few minutes later, he dropped a plate that shattered on the floor, with the accompanying din startling everyone.

ive been coming to this place for a long time and ever since that chunky lightskin boy became manager i see the workers arent as happy anymore, ive seen him be so snappy towards them and its truly sad to see. i miss the old manager lee. he was the true definition of customer service! when he was there the customers and employees seemed so happy! now everyone looks dead it feels like ghost town in there. due to this they have lost a regular .
