The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. My steak came out a bit overcooked, but the server handled it immediately and kindly replaced it with the doneness we originally requested without any hesitation. The manager also came over to check on us in a very polite and respectful way, which made us feel well taken care of.

Vermilion is a charming restaurant known for its great atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Diners consistently praise the excellent food, from casual burgers at the bar to special occasion steaks and holiday brunches. The Prime Rib and Veal Chop Parm are standout dishes, while the Chicken with gnocchi and beans boasts an unbelievably delicious flavor.
