I love this location. I'm a frequent guest and Nick was a phenomenal waiter. The food was cooked to perfection. Can't wait to come back.
The service and the steaks, etc were perfect. We just like the location when we visit Boston. The restaurant is in the Old City Hall within walking distance from many downtown sites. Ain't cheap but what is nowadays?
Food was good just not fantastic. Steak was good. Baked potato very good. Cheesecake... eh. Not great.

Customers have had wonderful experiences, with a lively but relaxed vibe, and the staff providing great service. The menu offers a three-course meal with dessert for a reasonable price, and the food is consistently delicious. One customer was so impressed with the Boston location that they are looking forward to their next visit, compared to a previous disappointing experience at another Ruth's Chris location.
