This is a chain coffee shop located near the exit of the Boston Metro's Downtown crossing station. The coffee is delicious, the food is delicious, and there are plenty of seats inside. It's a great place to go after shopping. This time I ordered an iced latte, fragrant coffee with milk, a very healing drink.

Lovely location in a lively area. You can people watch, sit with friends, or sit alone in the cozy setup. Coffee was Caffè Nero's usual consistently good coffee. I had a double Espresso Con Panna where the cream was the real whipped cream that's not sweet, as it should be.
