Absolutely incredible cafe with an amazing atmosphere. I had the caramel latte and it was arguably the best one I've ever had! Would love to visit again when I'm back in town!

Trash drinks, ask for a iced matcha latte, and all you'll get is a bunch of milk and ice. The faintest green color, go somewhere else for matcha!

The unique thing about my experience at Nero Coffee was that it was a Pistachio Sunday! I tried the pistachio latte. I tried the pistachio muffin. When I discovered they also had pistachio cheesecake, I tried that as well! I would highly recommend all three, although my least favorite was the muffin. But the latte and the cheesecake - wow the cheesecake was delicious. I didn't know how much I needed pistachio flavored food and drinks in my life, but now I know!!

Great cappuccinos, cortados, and iced coffee! Great atmosphere for working, chatting with friends, and reading . The best efficient friendly baristas and the nicest service all day . Wonderful, friendly manager Ramon!

I have been a regular at this Caffe Nero for three years now. Ramon, the manager, has always gone above and beyond in accommodating every need. He has a wonderful staff that always remembers my name, my order, and goes out of their way to take an interest in me as a customer. I have never felt this level of customer service at any other location. This is truly a wonderful place.

A very good place to enjoy your coffee or studying yourself or with your friends, without being bothered from waiters. The environment is very friendly and warm, and the decoration semi-industrial/homie.

they do not wear gloves when dealing with your food overall it's good service but for health reasons I believe they should wear gloves

Food is very old, not made fresh. Observed the barista touching her hair then making drinks. The overall cleanliness of this shop is subpar. Twice my latte has been lukewarm at best.i also waited 5 min for a latte when I was the only person in line. I feel like this place could be amazing if the right management was in there.
