Overall just ok cappuccino here, quite a bit too much milk, needs to be served in a smaller cup. Not bad for a Boston cappuccino but a far cry from what I’m used to in Italy.

I usually visit Lavazza when I’m at Eataly, but I was short on time and couldn’t locate the Lavazza here, so I stopped at Caffe Vergnano instead. Both the cashier and the barista were very kind and you could tell that the barista was putting a lot of care into each drink he prepared. My cappuccino was decent but I found that I don’t prefer Caffe Vergnano espresso (the preparation itself was fine). I will strongly advise against eating any of the pastries here. I got the almond cream girella thing and it was absolutely disgusting and definitely made me sick.

The servers and baristas are very kind and helpful. The coffee is really tasty. Highly recommended.5/5.
Located just inside the entrance to Eataly out of the Prudential Center mall.Mocha review:October 9, 2021. They offer a straightforward traditional Italian espresso menu, with 8 ounce and 12 ounce options. I asked for the latte with chocolate added and the great thing is you can lean over the bar and talk to the barista as they make your drink. I asked for him to make it a bit dry not too sweet. There was still a bit of syrup at the bottom but it was a very good latte with a bit of extra foam that I asked for. This is different than the Lavazzo café location which opens on to the street and is currently closed, as of Oct 9, 2021
I have always had a positive experience here. The coffee has always been fresh and never bitter, whether hot or iced. The pastries look great, just haven't tried them yet.The service has always been quick and efficient, and none of my orders have ever been incorrect.Great atmosphere anyway at Eataly Boston, and they keep that up well. My only reason for not giving five stars is simply that some of the items are a tiny bit pricey as compared to their portion sizes, but that has NEVER stopped me from going there. A solid place.
One of the best coffee places with real tasty coffee! I think they are a part of restaurant Eataly, thus they have very-very good Italian coffee. I’ve seen a lot of packs of Lavazza coffee. The place inside is not too big, but it is enough space to make a quick stop, to take an amazing cappuccino with as well an amazing croissant.Since they are in Prudential Center - on of the most busiest shopping centers in Boston - they are always busy and there is a line of customers. But usually it is just a couple of minutes for wait.I’ve also tried their hot chocolate. I’m in love of it. It’s almost unsweetened. It’s very difficult to find unsweetened hot chocolate in Boston. But there is huge problem with parking - just street parking, what makes your visiting longer. Sometimes, for 15-20 minutes.
