Very disappointing experience. The service was slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The pizza was almost inedible, and the bread on the sandwiches was so hard that both people who ordered meatball subs ended up eating just the meatballs and leaving the bread. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.

Food is always good, and affordable. It was super busy and they were short staffed but the server had a very nice demeanor and was very nice! He worked his butt off!

3.0 stars Server seemed to be rushing our table. He came back several time withing minutes. Not giving our party time to read the menu and the time to make a good food decision. He at one point left our table with just one menu... Thought he was rude and did not care about our experience. Pizza was undercooked We decided as a group not to return to Ducali in the future.

Always outstanding. Great pizzas and atmosphere if you're in the North End or going to the Garden, Ducali is a must!

Food was fantastic! Just a few comments about the service. We had a reservation--when we got there the place was EMPTY. one other table was finishing. Our server asked us 3 times in 15 minutes if we were ready to order when we said each time that we are not in a rush and no hurry. When the food was then ready on the counter (I could see it from my vantage point, and again, we were the only ones there) our server was seated at the entrance and watching his phone. I watched this for about 5 minutes when the other server finally tapped him on the shoulder. Also, a party of 6-7 including 2 young kids/high chairs came in---the whole restaurant is empty except 2 adults on a date---and they sit this family right next to us with the high chair backing up to our table. Meantime, there were several open tables at the window that could have been used. I've worked in enough restaurtants to know---you should space this family away if at all possible. That was truly disappointing. Again- the food was fabulous. Next time-takeout

Great neighborhood pizzeria with a fun wine list. The Pizza is outstanding, and service is good as well.

Food was great, server was good, p price reasonable. The only they had overhead fans running and it was cold inside the restaurant. However all of the service and staff were wearing short sleeves. So it must have been hot near the kitchen. I would definitely go back.

Was completely empty when we were there, yet out server paid no attention to us. Was sitting at another table with other employees on her phone the whole time. We had to get up and go to her to ask for our bill and boxes. The food was amazing but would recommend doing take out as the service was awful.

Mi esposa, mis amigos y yo creemos que es de las mejores pizzas de Boston. La calidad de sus ingredientes es increíble. El personal es extraordinario. Sus precios son justos. En general es una extraordinaria opción.

First, this is not a fancy restaurant. It's very low key, cozy. More like a small neighborhood bar restaurant. I counted about 60 seats in a small space. Alot of take out. The food was excellent. We started with the grilled veggie antipastoGood portion, perfectly toasted bread. Then a house salad that was shareable for two. We had chicken pesto, caramelized pizza and it was delicious either of us are huge pizza eaters so this was a treat. The caramelized onions were perfect..It was absolutely a great thin crust pizza. Our server was friendly and made sure the chef took care with my food allergy. The entire meal was delicious.. We wanted something low key but really good food.. Ducali's did not disappoint. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable .wonderful find on our weekend in Boston.

Our waiter was horrible - had no interest in us, never checked on us and the one time he came to the table he was miserable. Bathrooms were dirty and one toilet wouldn't even flush. Disappointed

The Nachos Italiano are the best dish in Boston. The pizza is top notch. The beer list is great. Sandwiches and apps are all delicious and filling. Five stars every time. They never miss.

Beer was very cold just like it should be, appetizer was amazing and the pizza also unbelievable.
