Ducali Pizzeria & Bar Reviews
Searched for brick oven pizza in the North End. This was one of the first ones to pop up and I remember it getting a high score and a good review from Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports pizza reviews. My girlfriend and her son both loved it too. Very generous with the toppings. Sauce is amazing and fresh tasting. Great crust too. Staff was friendly. Didn't take long either. The World Cup final was going on so the atmosphere was fun and going crazy when Spain scored.

Ducali Pizzeria & Bar is a popular place to enjoy food and drinks while watching the game. The menu features standout dishes like the pollo pesto pizza, polpette panini, and Nachos Italiano, which are considered some of the best in Boston. The beer list is impressive, with a good selection of microbrews available in pitchers. The rustic, old-school setting and friendly wait staff add to the charm. Recent reviews highlight the generous sandwiches, especially the panini and fries combo, which was described as massive and very tasty. The pizzeria also offers customizable options, like pesto instead of red sauce for the pizza. Customers find the prices reasonable, even amid inflation in 2025. While some dishes like the Antipasto may not meet expectations, the homemade meatballs and garlic bread remain favorites. The service is generally good, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. However, the restaurant does not have public bathrooms, and it can be a bit cold inside due to overhead fans, possibly near the kitchen area. Overall, Ducali Pizzeria & Bar is a solid spot for pizza, sandwiches, and drinks.
