Delicious food but too rich, I couldn’t make it through the dishes. I ordered the alfredo and rollati. It’s amazing for 3 bites then you want to vomit because it’s too heavy. Service was ok, no frills, waitress was not too friendly, kind of surprising for such a highly rated restaurant.
The food was very good and well priced for the serving size. I do think the value & quality of the food is good for the North End.
The experience is much less enjoyable though. They do stress that reservations are good for 90 minutes only but the pressure & feeling of having to rush made dinner less enjoyable.
Within 4 minutes of being seated, we were asked if we were ready to order (QR code menus so we hadn't even taken our phones...

Reservations are needed and you only have 1.5 hours to eat. The restaurant is very small so it toes the line between being cozy and cramped.
The carbonara was simultaneously very peppery but also bland.
The only saving grace was the portion size.
The Chicken Parm looked a lot better and would recommend that over the carbonara without even tasting it.
