I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I like how their customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.

This restaurant is located in the basement/ground floor on Mass. Ave. On the outside it says “Chef Chang’s” but the menus all say Xi’an BiangBiang noodle. The man and woman serving and cooking spoke very little English, but were incredibly NICE. The menu appears to be authentic Chinese food and we ordered the beef tendon, signature dumplings, and xi’an hand pulled noodle with pork in Special Sauce. The food was fantastic! Excellent quality, focus on freshness -- delicious noodles! We live around the corner and we were happy to see that Chef Chang's reopened. We decided to eat in, as the restaurant has a clean, cozy feeling. The host was prompt and helpful. I am a vegetarian and ordered the #1 Xi'an Hand-pulled BiangBiang noodles.
