On 1/26/26 at 11:30am the front door was locked even though online said they were open. I saw a female employee at the counter doing her homework while ignoring the people outside waiting in the cold and snow. We waited for a while hoping she would notice us and open the door but she was too busy doing her homework.

I was back visiting home since I moved to Sweden a few years back and my friend brought me by this place. Amazing! The cookies are big, but they are well balanced so they aren’t overly sweet. The outer layer has a good crunch, and they get softer and goer towards the center. The cosmic brownie cookie was a better version of a childhood classic. The brookie was a tasty take on the hybrid dessert.
The chocolate chip cookie, I have to say thank you because they really did have a good ratio of chocolate chip to cookie. Often times bakers will pack in chocolate chips/chunks to the point that it may as well be a chocolate bar and not a cookie. This one had a good ratio where the cookie and chocolate balanced each other nicely.
I only wish I had an opportunity to go back before flying back to Sweden.

It is a cute cozy store. I received a variety of cookies to share with my family. Cookies received: Gingerbread (?), Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip and Confetti. Customer service was great! She was so nice and helpful with accessing my order. The cookies were a fan favorite and I plan to order more in the future.

James Lee (young PROFESSIONAL) was holding this place down on his OWN this Sunday night and left us feeling so grateful that such amazing customer service still exists! He was extra accommodating of an allergy in our group, made sure everything was packaged separately to be safe, and so incredibly patient with us. Cookies were also AMAZING and my croissant cookie was made fresh to order — truly delectable. We simply had the best experience !! Will be coming back.
