Busy is an understatement, but this team isn't phased. Line nearly out the door but due to fantastic teamwork it was only a couple of minutes before I was giving my order. I was impressed.

To get to the counter you need go up some stairs. The inside was a bit warm and cramped. Place is better suited for takeout.

First time being to chipotle. The server was kind and helpful giving information about the food and kindly gave me a handle bag for my food when I asked. The wrapping of the burrito could've been a little better but the food was great with a good amount of spice and flavor, worth the money.

I got a very large portion here compared to other Chipotles - I couldn’t even eat it all! Saved some for later. My favorite Chipotle!

I also left an important personal belonging here while on my way to South Station for travel and was able to come back after I returned to Boston three days later and the manager had safely stored it in their office. I am so appreciative for that!
