I LOVE Cold Stone!! I'm a fan of one of its signature creations - Germanchökolätekäke. Its chocolate ice cream with pecans, coconut, brownie and caramel. I don't like pecans so I switch them out for almonds. That's one of the great options. If you don't like the mix-ins, you can switch them out for ones that you do like. This creation is totally divine and delish!! Pricing is reasonable. I wish I could have it every week but as the saying goes, once on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!!! In any case, ice cream lovers should give Cold Stone a try!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I got some plain vanilla ice cream in a cup and I saw a big hair in it and I went back and trying to get a refund, but instead they just gave me a new cup. At the point my appetite was ruined.

I visited the store today to purchase some ice cream. While the store wasn’t busy at the time, I experienced an unexpected delay of about 10–15 minutes. The staff member on store seemed unmotivated and didn’t show much urgency in taking or preparing the order. When I finally received my ice cream, it was already spilled around the cup. Unfortunately, there was no apology or attempt to serve it in a clean cup or even wipe it before handing it over. I was a bit disappointed with the service and hope the store can improve the customer experience moving forward.

I usually order vanilla with chocolate fudge walnut! They didn't have walnut the ice wasn't that great and they are "EXTREMELY" almost $9 for tiny cup. Total rip off! best spot for ice is "scoop & scootery in allston! Hands down!
