Cosi consistently delivers fast professional service, quality food and reasonable prices. I typically get the salads or rice bowls. The signature salad with multigrain bread is my favorite. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is accommodating to any modifications. Prices are very reasonable for downtown Boston. The staff is super nice and work hard. They recently renovated and while I typically do not eat in the restaurant, it would be a good choice for quick in-restaurant lunch as it does not get too crowded as much of the business is takeout. I appreciate their continued presence in downtown Boston and Cosi will always have a spot in lunch rotation.

I have been a Cosi customer for 20+ years. The Federal Street in Boston is legit the best salad spot in the city. Ingredients are incredibly fresh and every associate there is attentive and friendly. A specific shout out to Marcia & Simon who, day in and day out, maintain a relentless focus on the quality of their products, with an obvious emphasis on the customer experience. It's for associates like these that make me a life-long customer!
