Croke Park Reviews
If you're looking for a dive bar (which is an awesome thing btw) then look no further. 1st time there, went for a night cap after Al's shut down was a lively and diverse crowd. Everyone was friendly and had good vibes.
I came to town for a conference near the harbor but chose to stay in South Boston. This bar was a block away from where I stayed. The regulars were friendly and good company. I spent four nights in a row at this bar while staying in Boston!
This place is a classic dive bar, described by a local Irish man as the jockey from shameless! Cheap drinks cheaper than UK on some drinks so cant complain.

Croke Park is a lively and welcoming dive bar in Boston. With free pool tables, cheap drinks, and a great jukebox, it's a popular spot among locals and visitors alike. The friendly and attentive staff contribute to the bar's laid-back atmosphere. The bar is known for its unpretentious vibe, friendly regulars, and good company. It's a place where you can enjoy affordable beers and have a good time, whether you're playing pool or darts. Cash only, and the tables are free, making it a simple and fun spot to relax. The bartender, who is said to be the owner, is friendly and caring, adding to the welcoming environment. While the bar may have its quirks, those who can take a joke and give it back will find a great craic. Overall, it's a place that feels like stepping back in time, perfect for a break from the busy city.
