This place was much better when their schtick was serving “burritos without borders.” You could get a Thai burrito, a BBQ burrito, etc. They had some interesting things.Now they just serve meh “Mexican” burritos and are a sad shadow of what they used to be.Picture a Chipotle with inferior food and higher prices (nearly $5 for guacamole!) and you’ve got this place.

I travel for work and I come to Boston Airport a lot and every time I come here I eat from here with no issues now today I'm tired and hungry first when I go I asked can I get corn on my quesadilla and one lady says no and walks away then I asked the other lady why not and she explained now ok .. so I set for a while to think what I wanted to do so I asked for a burrito the white rice wasn't ready so she finally gets that and I ask for steak and they said it wasn't ready ok that's fine I'll wait til it's ready so she set my burrito with corn and beans on the side and when I came back for it she picked that same burrito up and try serve it to me being smart saying she's not making a new one .. that's very nasty and unprofessional especially when I spend money there all the time I will never go there again .. I work in customer service and that's not the way to treat people.. I wasn't nasty to her at all it's very disrespectful and not the way to treat people I have the right to take my time when I'm spending my money .. and I know they was being smart cause when I walked back up the one girl tapped the lady that was being smart for her to do that .. I don't do bad reviews but that's unacceptable

Nice mexican fast food place at Boston Logan airport.Food is pretty good with different options. You can create your own burrito or bowl and choose meat, beans and toppings.There are several tables and high chairs for sitting there.It's right next to the escalator so it's a little noisy there.

The food was good, but the service provided by the staff was terrible. She almost yelled at the customers, and her attitude completely ruined my experience. I noticed similar reviews, she definitely needs to undergo additional training to learn how to better serve customers.

MAJOR RIP-OFF. They are try to trick you into getting a bowl or burrito for $11 until you get to checkout and find out that adding steak or chicken (just 1 portion of meat) is an extra $5. Every restaurant like this meat is included in the price… Not going back here, because I know they do this on purpose. Guacamole an extra $4. Be prepared to be shocked at the register.

Horrendous customer service. I get that it’s an airport restaurant and these employees are likely miserable, however this was unusually bad customer service & management should consider looking into the behaviors of the employees who staff their cashier/ food service. I went to this restaurant on July 2nd at 4:30 pm EST. The young lady who served me was running the cashier. She was passibe aggressive, irritable, extremely unpleasant toInteract with, and pretending I wasn’t there for 10 minutes while she chatted with another employee Outback who was doing food preparation. They acted as though they were genuinly annoyed that they had to do the bare minimum of their job and irritated that people were showing up to spend money / give them business. I would advise management restaff and consider hiring employees with basic customer service skills & basic human kindness / respect. Don’t waste your time or your money here- I will never return. in addition the chips were stale and the salsa tasted watery/ expired.
