“Food was great, but yes there are undisclosed food charges, such as pot of tea that they serve immediately upon seating, which felt a bit dishonest.
This place is also CASH ONLY, and we didn’t know since there was little mention of it.“

“Cool old theatre converted to a restaurant. Food was middle of the road. My main complaint is you dont know what things are when you buy them. If they could add a simple description of what youre buying it would make the place much better. Ended up tossing half the stuff we ordered because we didnt know what we were buying. Oh well.“

“Server was really hurried and the place was crowded but it didn’t matter bc the food was 10/10. Don’t think I’ve been this full in so long. The food took about 3 minutes to arrive it was so quick, and it was SO GOOD. We got 烤鸭 or Peking duck, and 油条 and 葱油饼. Would HIGHLY highly recommend Peking duck- super flavorful and the egg soup. Missing China so much and this was the BEST remedy. If you care about hygiene a lot, maybe try a more modern place. But my meal was 47 dollars and I’m so full I can’t breathe.“

“Dumpling King is a great takeaway dumplings spot in Chinatown, Boston. It’s in a small food court with other takeaway places, there’s not really anywhere to sit so it’s very much best for takeaway. The fried dumplings are really good and so cheap - $6.50 for 10! We liked the chicken and pork ones! They only come with soy sauce. If you get there when it’s busy it takes a little time - you need to get there before 5.30pm when it seems to close. Overall recommend for your dumpling fix.“

“For a place that unfortunately plastered with Fantuan ads, they really dont have that many coupons when pulling them up on the fantuan app or website... Its ok, that doesn't detract from the awesome dishes served here when we visited! The lobster was seasoned well and steamed accompanied with noodles! We also ordered pig ear which was a nice spicy flavor to it with a little excessive chili oil on it. The rice with the curry was very good too as the rice had a egg or some other thing making it sticky, and it was presented very well along with the clams! The veggies were good too! Service was nice and easy to understand both in english and cantonese. The decoration feels homely and comfortable and would not mind coming back here one day to try their dim sum in the daytime!
Parking: Try not to park too close here as the streets are narrow. If you do park, prepare to pay as meter maids are frequent.“

“We liked the seafood with crunchy noodles, it was great and a huge portion as pictured. The scallion dumplings for dim sum weren’t worth it. The pork buns were! Delicious. And then I got the sesame balls which I thought were delicious as well. Also good spot where we weren’t rushed at all and given tea to chat with“
