We were staying at the hotel inside the airport but didnt really want anything the restaurant had so we figured we'd find somewhere in the airport but unfortunately for us every single restaurant was past TSA so we couldn't eat there. We finally found this one after 30 minutes of running around, and the actual grille wasn't even open even though it said it was online, so we had to order from the Dine cafe. The girl taking my order was extremely passive aggressive. We clearly asked for a sandwich with no tomato and the other one with it. I even stated it twice because I could tell she didn't care to listen, and we still got both with no tomato. The smoothie we got was good, but $13 for not even $4 worth of ingredients in a small cup is absolutely ridiculous. I thought they'd be big at that price. To make the experience even worse she was super nice to the guy before us but I guess that's just because he spoke several different languages and because we were just American I guess we were revolting to her. Absolutely awful experience.

I ordered a burger.It was too dry but one thing I loved was Jonathan's service.He is a very enthusiastic young man,welcoming personality and friendly.He was the only one serving and sitting people but he was delivering everything on time.Overall I had a pleasant stay at the restaurant, while waiting for my flight
Stop at this place while waiting for family to arrive, not busy at all 6:20 pm on a Thursday night, sat at the bar got completely ignored by the bar tender while he talked sports with another customer with his back turned to us, not once did he stop his conversation or even attempt to help us, the conversation that lasted for about 10 mins before we simply walked out continued as we left, possibly the most incompetent bartender I have ever seen, shouldn’t have a job in my opinion

This restaurant at the entrance to Logan Airport's international terminal used to be a decent place to grab a meal before passing through security or while waiting with someone getting ready to leave. It paired with better restaurants and chefs across Boston to offer regional specials in addition to decent, if unimaginative, airport fare. Today, though, it's serving a reduced menu of poorly prepared food with a really obvious "we don't care" attitude. The food was lackluster at best, the manager/host just sat at a table on his phone doing nothing for guests or staff for our 40 minute stay, while all four TV screens in the restaurant and bar just flashed fragmented pictures and "signal loss" distress messages with no one lifting a finger to fix anything. In response to mentioning that the menu was far less varied than it had been, the waitress just gave the tired "we reduced it because of COVID" answer, nearly two years after that made sense. The reduced beer list also doesn't mention which selections are served as full pints versus those served as 12 ounce pours at higher prices, nor does it list ABV, all pet peeves but also information that consumers should know

First of all, thank you for having a vegan burger option! We got this option, it was simple but good, pricey though! The sweet potato fries are really good. The margarita pizza was good too. Our waiter Jonathan was nice. The restaurant is right next to the security line so not the best set up but at least you can check the cue and it is easy to access.

I know it is an airport but why must the prices always be comparable to a fine dining experience at the top of the Shard?The food was prepared prior to ordering it and it showed.Service was simply a person behind a counter who took my order, took my money, reached behind them to grab my sandwich and to put it on my tray.For this wanted a "gratuity"....

Loved our impromptu dinner at the airport, great seating spots if you are at the airport dropping off your folks.

It seems to me that I was in Cuba.First I was told that the opening hour was not that the one it was supose to be. Half an hour later I try again, the menú......well you could pizza o pizza....that was the only choice. The other ítem of the menu were not a avaiable.Its the only place to eat out of security in terminal E in Logan Bostos Airport. Dont forget to eat before going to the airport.By the way 18 dolars pizza.

The sign clearly states they are open until 9pm. We arrived at 8:30 and they were already closed and acted indignant they we showed up.I ate there before and the food was mediocre but the service was painfully slow.Avoid!
