I feel bad for leaving such a bad review but damn... This was an awful experience all around. I had a coupon that was expiring soon, so I just stopped in while running an errand. I just wanted to get something small so I decided to get an avocado toast. Call me crazy, but usually an avocado toast is toasted. They took over 10 minutes to serve me some guac smeared on some un-toasted sourdough bread with only one person in line ahead of me. I'm pretty sure I watched the dude struggle to put on a pair of gloves longer than he toasted the bread... I mean it's Dunkin Donuts, so I wasn't expecting anything amazing but come on...

Clean, well managed, always open on time. The bagels are great plain and toasted. I pick up a few extras for later, they go with everything. The hash browns are a tasty treat with ketchup.

It's a nice place but I'm a weirdo who likes those sleeves for both hot or cold drinks and they don't have them. They DO have indoor/outdoor seating and internet, though.

I ordered donuts through the app and when I got there they didn’t have any donuts. So I obviously asked for my money back but the guy at the counter said I would have to wait for someone to get off break to help me. However, after waiting, that person told me he couldn’t do anything and that I would have to come back tomorrow. So I left and called the customer service number only for them to be closed, as well. So now I’m down time and money with no donuts.

This guy who works sundays is always rude and not friendly with the customers . If you don’t like to serve customers quit this job .
Quick service, good coffees, and toasty bagels. Quiet enough atmosphere in which you feel comfortable talking but aren't disturbed by others. The restaurant was clean. Mention you want your bagel lightly buttered unless you want a whole pile of butter.

Inconsistent service, sometimes nice... most of the times rude... The location is convenient so I used to go but last straw (ha) was when I asked for a large iced tea with no ice and they only filled my cup halfway and charged me for the full. I get maybe leaving some gap if you really wanted to be that cheap but when I politely pointed out that it's a bit ridiculous they started complaining and gave me a little bit more. Shame because there were a couple times where the staff had been sweet. Unfortunately the coworkers are dragging the place down.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The franchise or general manager really needs to fix their workers attitude. I ordered a Large iced coffee that when handed to me was completely covered in coffee so as I was cleaning the coffee it accidentally spilled all over the garbage and the floor. The staff saw me struggling and did not bother to help. I then went over to the counter and told them and was ignored. They did not offer me a new coffee nor did they acknowledge the issue that they practically caused by handing me a shaken iced coffee that needed to be cleaned. In the end I won't be going back there! Avoid this location at all costs !

I understand the frustration that must come from situations in which you are not understood. But employees shouldn't retaliate against customers for customers not understanding what you're saying. Don't wave me off. Extremely unprofessional. Don't purposefully make food for the people who were in line behind me first. I'm completely insulted. My "thank you" followed by your "okay"? That's plain rude.

I wouldn't normally review a Dunkin Donuts, but this one warrants a review. Service can be slow causing really long times at times due to a small staff (that would be a manager's fault). Staff sometimes doesn't listen to your order/makes it incorrectly. It's the only DD in the area- I come here out of necessity.
