Paid for nothing. Money taken, got no order out. One lady said my coffee was being prepared by the guy, and then the guy said it’s prepared by the lady. Waited more than 10 minutes just to get nothing. Crazy place.
They refuse to use your reusable cup for no good reason, contributing to waste and plastic use unnecessarily. The university should have better sustainability policies and requirements for their contractors.
The last five times ive come my order is either missed up in some kind of way or i am waiting for my food for 10 minutes, even after 3 people have already asked me what i had ordered. It is not that hard to make a coffee and an egg sandwich it should not take that long. Today when i ordered i repeated my order multiple times and it was the most messed up it has ever been.
