This is kid in preschool said to their parent. You used to work there at the Dunkin Donuts. The parent said yeah but not anymore.
People buying their donuts and baked goods ought to be more polite to people who are working gainfully employed and contributing to society and the economy. Rough customer service - I have been given the wrong order almost daily. Today they put cream in iced tea?? I recommend walking a bit down the way on Boylston and using a different dunks over dealing with the constant mix ups at this one. (This being the larger location next to the Tasty Burger, the quick spot on the right is run well.)

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst that I've ever been to. The people taking orders pick and choose who they'll serve next. The woman ignored my line and jumped to a guy, that got there after me, who had a similar skin tone as hers. Then the guy who was taking orders ignored me as I was giving my order and waited on tlanother person behind me.
