Ordered 2 snacking bacon on the app. Went to pick up the order. Bacon is cold as hell and bacon isn’t even cooked well. I wasn’t the only one with the issue, another customer was seen dumping all his bacon in the trash. One person working in the whole store!!!

I feel they need to retrained everyone to make coffee I have been going to this dukin for years and their coffee is not up to par. It taste watery you can never taste the cofffe flavor I feel they are serving day old coffee and I feel like they are not following correct measurements because every time the same coffee I always order never taste the same and not in a good way again no flavor measurements are way off or just water down coffee They need someone to come down ASAP and train proper coffee making

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Awful service, the workers are extremely slow and I ended up walking out after waiting 10 minutes to order a coffee while the girl at the front counts her coins from the tip cup. No other employee was doing

Horrible service and dishonest business practices. I've need to this location hundreds of times. I've been a loyal customer to Dunkin in general for 25 years. I'm a Dunkin rewards member and even buy Dunkin products for my home. So I'm in rather taken aback when I ask an employee to honor a promotion and they flat out refuse. Not only this she says, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". And this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I saw the free donut sign in the window for rewards members with a purchase. I had just made a purchase and thought, "hmmm I'll bet my 5 year old son would love a donut". I ask the employee and I show them my app to establish that I'm a rewards member. The employee looked confused and stammered something about not knowing how to do that. Meanwhile, an older, surely looking woman with an accent begins to telling me "no no you have to pay!" I explain I just did. And she says I should have asked for the donut before and now I have to buy something else if I want that. After I protest she tells me to go somewhere else if I don't like it. Horrible service. I'd normally never write a review over something so damned petty but wow that annoyed me. I still bought the donut, I just took her advice went to another location. I mean after researching the franchise owner to ensure I avoided spending more at another of their locations.

This probably will change no one's buying habit but as customers we should demand better from people we do business with. I certainly will not be back. I ordered from this Dunkin and sat in my car eating my bakon egg sandwich. As soon I finished I felt the need to go to the restroom. I go and ask if ican use the restroom they say for customers only. So I showed them my receipt from 10-15 min ago. I did not expect having to argue after that. Well I was refused. Probably would not have been allowed to use the restroom if there was no other customers around. Again I had just purchased from this store 10-15 minute prior and showed receipt. They wanted me to order again.. not saying it was but for all I know the reason I had to use the restroom was because of their food

It's a Dunkin! Never had to wait longer than a few minutes, and the staff is very attentive. Fun to watch all the online orders get picked up as some people seem to have no patience. Keep on brewing!

This Dunkin' is great, the service is quick, the workers are all nice, and I have never had a complaint with the food/drinks after coming here 40+ times in the last year. Important to keep in mind that there is limited seating inside, a lot of parking space outside, and using the Dunkin' app to order ahead is definitely a smart move when using this Dunkin' location.

Went in for a coffee and some donuts. Donuts taste alright not excellent type. Coffee quite mild but is good for us who don't use sugar.
