Horrible service and dishonest business practices. I've need to this location hundreds of times. I've been a loyal customer to Dunkin in general for 25 years. I'm a Dunkin rewards member and even buy Dunkin products for my home. So I'm in rather taken aback when I ask an employee to honor a promotion and they flat out refuse. It's a Dunkin! Never had to wait longer than a few minutes, and the staff is very attentive. Fun to watch all the online orders get picked up as some people seem to have no patience. Keep on brewing!

This Dunkin' is great, the service is quick, the workers are all nice, and I have never had a complaint with the food/drinks after coming here 40+ times in the last year. Important to keep in mind that there is limited seating inside, a lot of parking space outside, and using the Dunkin' app to order ahead is definitely a smart move when using this Dunkin' location.
