I ordered a large cold brew with three pumps of sugar-free vanilla and a splash of half-and-half. When I received my coffee, it came with a splash of skim milk, so I asked the woman to add a splash of half-and-half and when she returned the coffee back to me it had more skim milk. I asked the woman to not remake it and just add a splash of cream or half-and-half and when she gave me the coffee back the cup was clearly mostly cream and not much coffee.
