Rude treatment and poor customer service by barista named Ben in Brighton, MA location. I enjoy trying new coffee shops and supporting local. I also respect and honor the restrictions businesses have in place with covid. Upon exiting the store, I tried to sip and try my coffee (to see if it needed more milk or sugar) and was aggressively yelled at by a barista named Ben.
