The female employee who works 530 am is the rudest and most grouchy person ever. Dont bother coming to this location and dont come in the morning, she will ruin your whole day. Next time I am either going to a different dunkin or to starbucks.

This dunkin is terrible! It’s down the st from my house but I go out of my way to avoid it. Always get your order wrong, always out of everything, and it takes FOREVER. It shouldn’t take over 15 minutes to get an iced coffee at noon. Quite literally the worst dunkin I have ever been to and I gave them so many chances.

The are suppose to charge$3.00 for a sausage, egg, and cheese when you buy a coffee and they refuse to give you the sale price. They charge over $5.00 because they rung in bacon instead of sausage. So instead of fixing their mistake they just over charge the customer. You ask for a vanilla coffee and get a pumpkin coffee then argue with you. This is the worst store. It is illegal to over charge a customer.

Bunch if illiterates, the decades living in Roslindale this is the worst location in the WORLD. They never get your order right and when they do, the food is BURNED. You order a caramel coffee they give you coffee with no caramel . After they REPEAT the order they will still get it wrong . CHANGE UP

The drive up is convenient. The staff in one window is super nice (window on front/initial side) but the staff on the opposite side never listens, my order always comes out missing something or it's wrong. The staff clearly are talking to the other staff while taking orders and when you ask about the indifference in your order the window person will say you didn't order it and ask you to pay. Paying is never the issue, attention is! If that person taking the order would listen then there would be less mistakes and less incomplete orders.Learn to pay attention to the details!

My stuffed bagel minis were cold, as if they just took them out of the fridge and didn’t heat them up at all. I’m guessing that’s what they did because they were on the counter suspiciously quickly after I ordered.

Complete TRASH. Dunkins in the hood run better than this place. First and last time ordering from here. Was out of several things. Ester didn’t want to reimburse me for my 2 ham and Swiss told me to call the Dunkins app(I got my money tho)Her colleague told her they were out of Butter pecan and when I asked about my coffee, she told Ester to “Sshh”.(if you didn’t have the flavor, common sense is to tell the customer and suggest another flavor, just messy) I also blame the team leader, place is very unorganized. You should know better. I’m sure the staff don’t care but they would care if they were treated like this at a clinic or elsewhere. Don’t recommend this place. I'm not sure why this place has such negative reviews. Every time I order I get exactly what I ordered & they are always considerate. If there's ever anything that needs to be substituted they ask what I would like. The staff is very nice.
