The drive up is convenient. The staff in one window is super nice (window on front/initial side) but the staff on the opposite side never listens, my order always comes out missing something or it's wrong. The staff clearly are talking to the other staff while taking orders and when you ask about the indifference in your order the window person will say you didn't order it and ask you to pay. My stuffed bagel minis were cold, as if they just took them out of the fridge and didn’t heat them up at all. I’m guessing that’s what they did because they were on the counter suspiciously quickly after I ordered.

I'm not sure why this place has such negative reviews. Every time I order I get exactly what I ordered & they are always considerate. If there's ever anything that needs to be substituted they ask what I would like. The staff is very nice.
