The line was extremely long so I decided to sit down and order to go on the app. The time waited compared to ordering in store was no comparison I was out before the people who were ordering when I walked in and I still had to place my on the app. After ordering in the app I waited 5 minutes before going to the on the go beverage counter and my frozen drink was done but missing whipped cream and the fancy stuff, and I had to ask them to retrieve my bakery items and make the 2nd...

I ordered a Cofee Colatta (frozen coffee) French Vanilla flavor with whip cream, the costomer service was fine, there was a bit of a wait and when I finally got my colatta it had chocolate swirl on it, which I didnot asked for it, this hapoened here, and similar incident happened at a Dunkin location in Cambridge, I just wish that when filling the orders, they would asked first before adding or assuming you want something added to your drink without , verbally the customer consenting...

Fast and friendly service with a smile. Coffee the way that you like it for the most part. This review isn't a 5 star review because the coffee itself is watered down. Gotta step it up on the coffee dunkin.dunking. Don't start slacking now because you by hint you've made it.
