Lady behind the register lied to me about a new drink their promoting saying the wrong ingredients and when i fact check her about it then switched up by saying that’s starting next week when clearly i showed her the site that it started today on the 25th the drink is called SABRINA’S STRAWBERRY DAYDREAM REFRESHER she was very unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in helping the customer request didn’t even ask her manager when I’m showing her this location also promoting it and it’s on the menu above her head smh I usually have great experiences here but I come in the morning this my first afternoon visit and my last

This is one of the best Dunks in the city, it's very clean, I can tell the machines are properly cared for and calibrated. All the employees are hardworking, nice and welcoming. Its the place to go for a perfect coffee. The employees deserve a raise.

I went over the weekend in the afternoon on sunday and the store was slow but the workers were extremely nice and friendly and made sure i was in there and out in a good mannerly time. I wish i caught their names because they were working very hard and the whole place was clean I would visit again.

4th time coming in the morning and regardless of there not being a long line. Service is still SLOW with only ONE person to take orders and fill them all by herself. I don’t know what happened to this location but it’s a hard sigh!

This place is so unorganized it’s no way there is a long line going out the door and they are more worried about the mobile orders than the line going out the door when the customers in the store should be first priority than worry about the mobile orders/ online orders
I love this place but I just have one problem,this manager always bothers me about me getting my milk (oat milk)steamed, majority of everyone gets a latte so why is it a problem for me to get my milk steamed??? I put so much oat milk that it makes my coffee cold plus I like my food steaming hot. Plus I'm a customer I should be able to have my food the way I like as long as it's within reach. She doesn't even charge me for the extra milk just my coffee being steamed 🤷🏾😳I'm so confused and getting tired of getting harassed every time I come for a coffee. I moved around here 5 months ago I get coffee everyday so imagine someone saying this to you everytime they see you oh and if it's crowded I can't get it streamed. I need an explanation to why it's a problem Here AND ONLY HERE???no one gives me problems ever to steam it not Quincy,not grovehall,not ashmont so please explain And I need someone besides her to explain thank you..

I WALK IN AND SEE 1 CUSTOMER AT THE COUNTER. IT STILL TOOK THEM 24 MINUTES TO GET A COFFEE AND A BAGEL. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST. WHO MANAGES THIS LOCATION. I CAN DO A WAY BETTER JOB AT HIRING AND MAKING SURE THEY ARE WORKING FOR THE CUSTOMERS. ALMOST A HALF HOUR FOR A COFFEE AND A BAGEL WITH NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LINE? C'MON NOW.
