The bagel with cream cheese I ordered came plain but smelled strongly of sausage and was visibly greasy and clearly had been assembled as a sandwich prior. This toasted bagel was also stone cold but clearly toasted. This really makes me question where this food was prior to me receiving it. Was it served to a customer and returned? Was it dropped? Why was I not served fresh food? I was not able to eat my food and only noticed when I returned home as I was driving at the time.This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with food hygiene here either. In a previous experience I received a coffee that smelled so strongly of antiperspirant body spray (like Axe) I needed to wash the cup which alleviated the smell. Overall what are your employees doing and why is it so disgusting.

Doughnut selection is quite sad. Highly recommend drinking your hot chocolate with a straw. All the food is very hot.Shoutout to the woman at the counter who gave me 2 doughnuts instead of one.RAILFANS RUN ON DUNKIN!!!!!!!!!

They mess up my coffee is very single day for the past 6 months n then today the guy at the drive thru gave me an attitude because i politely said thats not how i ordered it. Its really not hard to re make a coffee if you mess up and if thats too hard you shouldn’t work at a coffee shopUpdate:Came back , went inside to buy a Gatorade….. guy said “ Im not talking to them…. Im not taking their order”.

They make my coffee wrong and no one understood English at all when I spoke with them to fix my car being fixed my order no one understood a word I was saying and it felt like I was in Puerto Rico everyone was speaking in Spanish constantly I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't get my issue resolved because no one understood what the hell I was talking about and they were tons of homeless people hanging out all around and around the corner someone was doing drugs how wonderful
